We know that Android 4.4 Kitkat is the recently launched Android versiom.Here we provide you how to update your Galaxy Y into Android 4.4 Kitkat.Follow the steps and upgrade your device
step 1:
Ensble USB Debugging in your device.During this process you will loss all datas present in your device.
step 2:
Download CWM RECOVERY ,CM Kernel and Android 4.4 Kitkat rom
step 3:
Copy all the files that you have downloaded from the above link into the SD card
step 4:
Now switch off your device and switch on by pressing Volume up+home+power button
step 5:
The above combination will leads you to a recovery system
step 6:
Now select update from sd card and select CWM
step 7:
Now you are in CWM recovery screen.Then select install from SD card
step 8:
Select CyanogenMod.zip.After installing select reboot recovery.
step 9:
Now it is the time for format the system.Then select install from SD card and select Android 4.4 Kitkat rom.
step 10:
After the installation of rom select the factory reset from list
